Since this keepsake incorporates a customizable name tag, the cost of the name tag has been included in the final price and an additional name tag can NOT be added to this piece. Please include what you would like stamped on the tag EXACTLY as you'd like it to appear. Make sure you proofread! If nothing is included about what to stamp on the tag, the charm will come to you blank. (Moon + Mountain will not be held liable for any misspellings/punctuation.)

This keepsake is NOT offered with additional charms. You may send any charms you have purchased separately to have added to this keepsake, but doing so will not discount your keepsake. Please contact me directly with any questions.

We are working on a Gallery of Crystal Colors that are available here at Moon + Mountain but we do not have one for you to view at this time. Please let us know what colors you would like in the "Anything else I need to know?" section of the order form. If you can, try to avoid using generic color names like "Purple", "Blue", or "Green", and instead tell me shades like, "Lavender", "Sky Blue", or "Lime Green" to get that super special personal touch. You will receive a confirmation email about your order as well as an additional email containing the mailing address to send the hair that you would like used in your keepsake. Please make sure to review our Packaging & Shipping Requirements before mailing any hair to avoid additional fees.
