Please include what you would like stamped on the tag in the "Additional Personalization" section of your order form EXACTLY as you'd like it to appear on the tag. Make sure you proofread! If nothing is included about what to stamp on the tag, the charm will come to you blank. (Moon + Mountain will not be held liable for any misspellings/punctuation.)
